Pros
- Sensitive content hidden] Helped with excellent customer service and had great communication.
- Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
- What vo liked most about this logbook is that it was very small, easy to use and it was on my budget.
Cons
- A few times the logbook would stop working and I would have to stop and reset it which caused me to lose time.
- I have so bad service with TruckX, because they didn't want to refund my money back. I didn't use their device since from June 2022.
- Everything, FMCSA has already revoked their wireless ELD, just a matter of time before my complaint gets these scammers out of there.
