Great people...
Overall, very highly recommended. Many of our people had their financial lives positively changed in ways that might be generational in impact.
PROSThe people that interact with our people have a passion and heartfelt desire to help others. No shame, no selling products, just help.
CONSI think sometimes the design of the product and perspective lacked the firsthand knowledge of what the workplace was like for non-office, factory floor personnel. Nothing intentional, just an unfamiliarity with that world.

So far so good
The implementation was a breeze. They provided all the materials we needed for open enrollment and new hires.
PROSOur company has had a ton of interest in this product and it serves all levels of employees.
CONSNothing yet but we've only been using it for six months.

Great Service
I love YML and am glad that I could bring it to our employees.
PROSI like that the product is easy to use, personalized, and staff are always non-judgmental and positive.
CONSToo many emails when signed up for a pep rally. One reminder the day before or day of should be sufficient.
Reason for choosing Your Money Line
Because YML does not sell anything to our employees nor does YML offer paycheck advancements. Those were key items that factored in our decision to go with YML.
