Pros/Cons
Pros
- The memo function is great and very useful. The customizable auto-emails are also terrific.
- I've found Corsizio to be an extremely useful and well-crafted tool for registration for the classes. I've also used the Help section quite a bit and find it to be more useful than most Help sections.
- Overall we LOVE Corsizio for ease of use for our organization and our actors enrolling. We’ve had great feedback from parents and the process is always seamless.
Cons
- The only one problem is some time my student can't receive a confirmation mail after registration. It tends to go spam folder.I asked Corsizio and it is difficult to fix the issue.
- Lack of a personalisable 10 class pass, and i still cant pronounce the name.
- Sometimes loading pictures can be tricky - might be user error.
Pros
- The ability to use different search criteria and the number of destination represented is outstanding.
- Customer service is outstanding and the ability to customize different user experiences is appreciated.
- I have really enjoyed our experience so far. Their customer service is excellent and the functionality is great.
Cons
- We have had a horrible experience with Cvent. Our industry is in crisis mode due to the pandemic and they will not work us at all.
- I think they are scrubbing the negative reviews to keep a high number of stars to dupe potential clients.
- I rarely post about other companies, but feel that this company has the worst event platform and highest cost I have seen in the conference industry in the past 10 years.
