Pros/Cons
Pros
- Superb, also I came only once across IT support and was impressed with the speed, keenness , integrity of the support staff to solve my problem.
- The memo function is great and very useful. The customizable auto-emails are also terrific.
- I've found Corsizio to be an extremely useful and well-crafted tool for registration for the classes. I've also used the Help section quite a bit and find it to be more useful than most Help sections.
Cons
- The only one problem is some time my student can't receive a confirmation mail after registration. It tends to go spam folder.I asked Corsizio and it is difficult to fix the issue.
- Lack of a personalisable 10 class pass, and i still cant pronounce the name.
- Sometimes loading pictures can be tricky - might be user error.
Pros
- Its easy it’s friendly, great design. The price for what you get is good and the support team is always there for me.
- I love the interface design and how intuitive it is to use. Additionally, the ability to create add-ons, save CC data, and the flexibility it offers our parents is outstanding.
- I reallyyy love this platform. It's SO much better than CourseHorse and KidPass (NOT user friendly - customer service is just "good" - not great.).
Cons
- The widget slows your website down dramatically and the problem has existed for a long time. Customer Service is the major negative with this platform.
- I had it off on one class but not the other. You could say that my error.
- The way they address their clients and the way they are deeply out for information (emails of their clients', clients) - they are even sneaky about it.
