Great way to manage a celebration!
Fabulous! I love the invites, the customer service was outstanding and I hope I’ll be able to keep using it in the future!
PROSI absolutely love the easy of use and facility to make everything look stunning. My invitations are gorgeous and I can keep track of everyone’s menu choices!
CONSI was a bit surprised of the final pricing, but I had already spent a lot of time in personalizing everything so didn’t feel I had a choice. I wish it had been a bit clearer while using it - like adding a second menu option could have said “pro only” as I was dragging the menu

A sticky situation turned into committed customer
The flexibility and automation of scheduling multiple events on multiple dates is the main reason I turned to this software. It's easy to use and super flexible. Not to mention customer support is very helpful to ensure your guests have a positive experience.
CONSBecause you start with a free service and you automatically have access to ALL the features, it's not clear where the upgrades come into play. It would be nice if that was flagged for you as you create your event. Customers would have a better experience and understand the parameters of the premium upgrades.

I'm using RSPVify because [SENSITIVE CONTENT] offered me the opportunity to use the upgraded service. I signed up and set up my event thinking what I needed was within the starter plan, but that wasn't the case. I needed the plus plan, not the starter. I was really bugged because that wasn't clear in the pricing structure and/or anywhere throughout the setup of my event. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] went one step further to have a customer service person jump on with me to ensure my event was set up correctly. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] (customer service) jumped on and walked me through my event setup and truly helped me ensure that everything was set up exactly the way I needed it to be. I was not expecting the extra costs and I did not budget for those fees, so I was really stuck on how to make this work. I decided to cancel my subscription and ask for a refund. That's where [SENSITIVE CONTENT] stepped in. By going that extra step and allowing me to continue using this service, helping me get it set up, I am now a committed customer. I love the product and think it's really flexible and easy to use. Now understanding the costs, I can budget that into my events. Clear information sets clear expectations, which make happy customers. I would recommend this service to anyone!

Not worth the extra price for the upgrades
I don't think we will continue to use this product.
PROSWe really liked that this product felt like an invitation instead of an event sign-up form. The event information was on a separate page from the RSVP and allowed for integration with photos, maps etc.
CONSThe software is limited in its overall capabilities. For example, there is only one email template so you can't send different emails to different types of RSVPs. You are also limited in the number of events in the system period. You have to delete past events before logging an additional event over the number of events your subscription allows.

Company Holiday Party Sign Up
I liked this website as it was an easy way to have employees sign up for the Holiday Party we have each year. It also allowed me to customize and create a cute initial and informative page to provide further details about the event for any interested party that scanned the QR code.
CONSI did not like that it did not inform you that there is a maximum of 100 sign ups allowed when you use the website for free. I initially thought the whole process was free but once we got to 100 signups, it informed us that the max had been hit and no one could get access to the link anymore. If this was told initially it would've been appreciated.

RSVPify Freed Up Time and Money so we could focus on our employee recognition
Overall I give RSVPify 5 out of 5 stars! It was easy to use, they have superior customer service and were affordable. Also, because of RSVPify I was able to save several thousands of dollars on RSVP cards for my event which translated in great employee gifts and a huge savings to for my organization. RSVPify is a TIMESAVER, GAMECHANGER and MONEY SAVER!!
PROSThis software was extremely easy to use! I like the instructional videos and that when I needed hands on help, Rep set up a conference call and was quickly able to show me how to improve my RSVP. I also liked that is was affordable so it was not difficult for me to get approval from my leadership team.
CONSThe one thing I did not like about the software is it did not come with a number that I could just call to get help.

It's so sad... the alternative for us was to spend $5k on RSVP cards w/ postage, have the front desk staff manually keep track of the RSVPs or have IT create an email, marketing create an website and still have the front desk staff manually keep track of the RSVPs....either way it was going to be labor intensive and something I was not looking forward to managing.

Easy to Use, Great Customer Service
Great, would use again and our clients were happy with the overall experience.
PROSVery user friendly, lots of tutorials to help with setup. Extremely responsive customer service team. Depending on membership level, there are lots of customization options and the webpage is very easy to navigate (as a user)
CONSThe reports were a bit hard to navigate, but that could be due to inexperience.

Best RSVP Software
RSVPify was user-friendly to create, had many more options for the look and feel than competitors, had all the features I was looking for, and created a good experience for my event attendees to sign up for our events.
PROSRSVPify is the perfect application for us in terms of the right features and the right price. The interface to create an event with the features we need for each event is super easy, and creates a great experience for our event attendees to RSVP to our events.
CONSThere are a lot of features to choose from which can be overwhelming and difficult to navigate. Some of the details I wanted to be able to control, I wasn't always able to figure out.

Great RSVP software for non-ticketed events
I had a great experience with RSVPify and would definitely use this site for future events. The price is good, and the option to cancel while not using the software helps us cut down costs at our non-profit.
PROSThe set up was simple, and importing and exporting guest lists was easy. There was always someone available to help walk me through an issue.
CONSSometimes the guest lists, when exported, did not export correctly and names were left out. Also when I selected only people who had accepted the invite, still there were several who declined that needed to be removed form the list.

When I had questions prior to signing up, they were answered immediately. I felt safe with the site and felt this was a company I could trust after reading many reviews and comparing products/pricing.

RSVPify was much simpler to use and the cost worked within my budget.

Excellent Software
RSVPify helps me personalize mass invitations with one click.
PROSIt's fast, user friendly, the app is great and my event attendees like it.
CONSThe limits on number of events you can have at once, I often have to delete old events even though I want to keep them as templates for future events. I like the old system of customizing emails better, the new one isn't as user friendly.
Reasons for switching to RSVPify
Eventbrite was intrusive, my guests had to create an account and it sent follow-up emails on it's own accord. With RSVPify I own the whole process.

Customer Support makes RSVPify Stand Our
Very positive experience and will continue to use this service once large groups events are a thing again.
PROSThe helpfulness and promptness of the customer service at RSVPify is impressive. The service does everything you need it to do if you're planning an event.
CONSIn order to turn off or modify some of the default event settings, you have to search for the feature. Some of the features are not located in intuitive places, so I spent a little time navigating the dashboard trying to figure it all out.

Great site to custom design RSVP landing page
Great experience! Will use again as I have events that require head counts.
PROSI really enjoyed how you can customize the landing page and URL link of the RSVP even in the free version. Most other sites we're clogged with adds or had very limited options, but RSVPify allowed maximum control over images and text styles.
CONSEverything was great. I did have a few parties RSVP twice, so I do wish the system would alert someone who has already RSVP'd. Those parties did require me to bump up to the first paid plan to allow for everyone to RSVP, but all in all that's not a big issue.

Best Purchase for event planning
I was looking for more than an invite software (like a card) I wanted to be able to find a program that managed everything in one space and I found that with RSVPify. I was able to create the invite with very specific features, select how I liked for those that RSVP'd to enter in their names (titles, salutations, etc) they even created a QR code for the event!!!

CONSI can honestly say that I didn't have any cons about this software.

A Stellar Software Service!
RSVPify helped us have our greatest company Holiday celebration yet! Now that all communication and event invites are digital, RSVPify integrated so nicely into that which helped make our event successful. We were able to include a link to our RSVPify in our email invites to guests that allowed them to smoothly follow the link and let us know if they were joining us. After receiving guest responses, I was even more impressed with how RSVPify tracks all responses and the event guest list. This allowed us to easily print it off on the day of the event and use for check in.
PROSMy most favorite aspect of RSVPify was how incredibly simple it integrated into our existing email invitations and how user friendly the online interface is. Yes, there were some points here or there that I thought "Maybe this could be moved" or "This could come first before that," but overall those items were so insignificant.
CONSThe largest con I experienced in the software, was the limitations of each plan. Each RSVPify membership allows for a particular allotment of responses per event that can be tracked. We used the Silver membership and we had a guest list of 200 which was the maximum tracking you could have for Silver which seems a little low. That was basically the largest con in our experience.

Amazing Customer Service
RSVP get the word out and lets me know who bought what tickets, helps me to increase my email list, and again the customer support group is so helpful!
PROSThe software for the most part is fairly easy. I am not a high tech person. But I have to say when I get into a jam, the customer service support team is amazingly helpful!
CONSI wish some of the things were not as complexed for me. The invites especially. Because I probably wasn't shown would be the main reason. I would think a tutorial when someone signs up might be a great value.

Great software for capturing RSVPs and more...
Overall, I've had a very positive experience with RSVPify - it's been so easy to get a registration page up and running (especially now that I've done it a few times :-))
PROSThe branding tools - to allow you to customise your RSVPify site to your event branding. Also, the ability to upgrade membership levels and then to reduce back to free level as and when is required (it makes it easy to on-charge clients for cost and means that we're not paying for an annual membership that we only use for a few months here and there).
CONSThere are a couple of things that would be great to be able to do for corporate events (I think the functions were intially set-up for weddings?) I.e. * Add company name on first page with guest name * Add subsequent questions in Custom Questions tool e.g. questions that only appear if first question is answered 'yes' * Clearer guidelines for design tools i.e. to brief our designer on correct file sizes and formats for upload

RSVPify for a professional conference
It was super helpful for coordinating my event and the check-in feature helped us collect data about what to expect with the turnout for future events.
PROSIt was great that you could create a custom landing page for your event. We needed something unattached to our main website so that we could curate the people that saw it. The custom questions and secondary events were very helpful. The customer service team was very responsive and helpful in determining whether or not the software would fit my needs before I purchased it.
CONSI wanted it to be more like excel or google sheets while viewing my guest list data, with similar filtering capabilities. Same with the email tool - I had a couple of groups of people that needed special emails. Even if they were part of a secondary event, that would not exclude them from the general guest list, so I had to send emails from my own account via MailMerge so that my guests wouldn't get confused. Our RSVP situation was that the first 100 guests to RSVP would be allowed to attend and then everyone after that was on a waitlist. When I closed the RSVP, then people couldn't edit their responses if they could no longer attend.

RSVPify has helped make my last conference a success
PROSHi, I hold different levels of conference 100 - 400 pax 2 -3 times a year .. RSVPify helps with all the information I need right down to dietary requirements .. easy spreadsheet , table seating , inputting your questions for the quest . I still don’t use all the applications as only need a few .. RSVPify is easy to use for quest to register to the conference
CONSProbably just the cost .. I have to have a yearly subscription although you only use it a couple of times a year .. be good to pay per event ..

Easy to Use
It has all the functions I need for my event. Very easy to use. I was able to figure out most of the stuff without looking for instructions. When I ran into an issue, the customer service team was able to find out the problem and explain the issue to me in a timely manner.

RSVPs made EASY
It was easy to set up, has a customizable URL link that you can sent to guests, pre-exiting templates or can upload your own.
CONSWouldn't allow for guests to change their RSVP once RSVPs closed for someone to decline The splash page was pretty basic and would like to see it built out more like a website where we can include dress code and links to different things.

Good quality product
RSVPify is so great to work with, they always provide thoughtful answers to any questions I have. When I reached out to ask if they had a certain feature, they replied they didn't but they had a beta option at the time that I could try out that could help solve the roadblock I was experiencing. I highly recommend this platform for any size business who needs help with event management - makes it much easier!
PROSI love the ability to customize the landing page with my company's brand colours and logo. The dashboard is also handy and easy to use. I also liked the ability to send out invites and reminders from the plaftorm. There were so many features I didn't use but I could definitely see the benefit of (ie. sell tickets, we hosted free invite-only events so this wasn't needed for our use).
CONSAlthough I liked being able to customize the landing page - I think it could be improved upon to be even better.

It is very functional and has good features. The tools let you send reminder. You can send invitation to recently added contacts.
CONSI wish it was more flexible to allow more rows to the contact information such as company name.

COVID19 use of RSVPify
Great experience with RSVPify! It significantly streamlined our check-in process for our church campuses during COVID19.
PROSThe government restrictions around public gatherings in COVID19 were the catalyst for us adopting RSVPify. We had to collect check-in data for every person attending our services while also being mindful of social distancing. Using RSVPify we were easily able to send out invitations, gather RSVPs, and manage check-in to our weekly church services with as little contact as possible.
CONSI liked everything about it! I can't think of anything that was a struggle or created difficulties.

Easy to set up, easy to use
RSVPify helps us plan customer trips where we need to collect a lot of information from different people. The export feature, cloning feature, and custom questions are a must for us!
PROSBeing able to clone previous events saves a lot of time for us, especially when we do the same type of events each year
CONSA lot of the features available above the Silver subscription tier would be useful, but the plans are too highly priced for what we need - would be nice to be able to add features on for a small monthly fee
