#### Pros

We used Digitevent for two events in our French market. - Good piece of software, easy to set up and to sell tickets and manage attendees - Especially the on-site badge printing saves time when it is most valuable - Managing attendees and automating the communication (at least the 99,9 % where you can automate) worked like a charm

#### Cons

No strong Con. It is a bit unfortunate though they are only focused on the French market.

Xing Events is only focused on / valuable for the German market.

#### Pros

Le fait de bénéficier d’une plateforme complète et très opérationnelle. Une équipe réactive et à l’écoute.

Il manque la possibilité de mettre des photos post event mais la plateforme nous aide à trouver des solutions pour y palier

J'ai pris l'outil en main sur 2 premiers événements, depuis je créé facilement les événements, avec le site, les campagnes, le formulaire d'inscription et la gestion de la base de données participants. Il ne faut pas négliger le temps à passer dessus, cependant il me semble qu'un accompagnement est possible par les équipes Digitevent si nécessaire. De mon côté ce que j'aime c'est justement de ne pas perdre de temps à expliquer à une personne ce que je souhaite mettre en place ou modifié. La gestion des tickets en cas de question se fait facilement avec une bonne réactivité, même si parfois on pourrait aimer avec une hotline au téléphone.

J'apprécie la simplicité de mise en oeuvre, la réel autonomie dans la création des événement.

#### Cons

Pour les événement B2B on invite les participants sur un événement gratuit, cependant il arrive qu'on ait besoin de faire payer des prestations annexes aux participants (une activité, un hôtel...); dans ce cadre Digitevent ne me semble pas adapté car la notion d'événement payant n'est pas appropriée.

Il y a un réel suivi de la part de DigitEvent, les réponses sont rapides et ils sont présents lorsqu'il y a des questions ou problèmes. C'est un plaisir de travailler avec [caché sensible contenu] :)

Parfois les tablettes ne fonctionnent pas en 5G et doivent être en WIFI. Cela pose problème sur certains événements.

Selon la typologie de l'événement cette plateforme coche toutes les cases, que ce soit pour le checkin très pratique, ou la création d'une plateforme intuitive et responsive. En revanche, la partie matchmaking n'est pas encore assez développée à mon sens.

Generally speaking, the back office is intuitive, and the website on the participant side is elegant, highly-customizable, and very ergonomic. We also retrieved a lot of very useful information to measure the performance of our events.

#### Pros

To be honest, quite everything. Digitevent has been a valuable tool for the digitalization of our events, including since the pandemic period. Their interfaces are clear, clean, fast, and truly qualitative. We spent a long time looking for a tool that is frictionless and Digitevent has a really efficient product vision.

#### Cons

We work with Marketo (for marketing automation), and Digitevent could have a better out-of-the-box Marketo integration (currently, we had to use mainly Zapier to make it work well).

#### Reasons for choosing Digitevent

We found the product to be more flexible and more ergonomic. The pricing was also a bit more competitive and adapted to our business.

Les équipes sont top, très réactives, adorables et le suivi utilisateur est très pro. L'imprimante à badge est très facile à prendre en main. C'est un gain de temps pour l'émargement et l'accueil fait par les hôtesses. Avoir des badges imprimés en live est très pratique pour que les participants de nos événements puissent networker et cela nous permet de ne pas gaspiller les badges des non-participants.

Pas grand chose à dire. Cela demande une petite prise en main mais la formation est très rapide
