  • Pros

  • Everything is integrated and the experience of the entire process, both for the attendees and for the organizers, is excellent.
  • Trust was quickly established. On the day of the event, technical support was present and made sure everything was fine.
  • Cons

  • So it's difficult when you don't use it often and especially when you have to be quick at the moment you use it. The lack of time doesn't allow to explore all the possibilities.
  • Google Analytics has been a struggle to connect to the landing page.

  • They get back to you promptly, are super friendly, and work to resolve everything quickly.
  • I liked the extra marketing, easy to use website, the slickness of how my ticketing page looked to costumers, getting paid was easy, adding offers/discounts was super simple 11/10 would recommend.
  • Cons

  • Could not even find that myself on the site. I can't say enough about how bad the promoter site portion is, and how they need to fix this.
  • The only issues we had were user errors and my personal misunderstandings. I set it up as one week-long event, rather than multiple days and events throughout the week.
