I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.

Even leaving notes about orders that you couldn't later update would get irritating for the small space provided.

As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.

The program, for the money, delivers a fantastic product.

Not only was it user friendly but it serves as a wonderful data source.

Unable to use packages and the shopping cart feature. With multiple packages, we have to run multiple charges for a customer, can raise concern.

I did find it difficult to purchase tickets on different nights to be tricky.
