  • Pros

  • I loved how responsive the team was in answering my questions and helping me design the perfect event platform.
  • I am very pleased with the ease of the product and the ability to customize it with your brand logo.
  • I liked the simplicity of it, the interface is great, and the costumer support was very efficient.
  • Cons

  • The limitations of the design elements, I felt more restricted and made my own invites and posted them as pictures.
  • We did have a bit of trouble with reminders being sent to folks who had already RSVP'd, even though we chose the option to send reminders only to those who hadn't responded.
  • I was a little confused on the ticket types. I realized after communicating with customer services that "attend, maybe attend, not attend" have preset functions that can't be changed.

  • Like before, we love the contract editing possibility. I also love the notifications and reminders that you can set for yourself.
  • I find it to be user friendly for all levels of technical ability. Its quick and easy to use and I love the ability to share banquet event order changes with the guests in real time.
  • Costumers love the ability to sign contracts online and the ease of communications. I have worked with several different software and TripleSeat is definitely my favorite.
  • Cons

  • The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.
  • Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.
  • The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.
