Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • This product was easy to use and had a great looking interface. I did like the ability to easily see what each team member was working on.

  • It is very easy to use and love how you can easily customize the boards.

  • Cons

  • I like almost everything...the only pain point has been notifications. They are a little hard to configure in a useful way and I get too many of them for boards that I own.

  • The integration with outlook is a bit tedious. They are working on that, and another pro is their support is very responsive to our needs.

  • Pros

  • Great customer service, streamlined and simple software, great value and no long term contract.

  • Excellent customer service. Good follow-through and thorough explanation of product.

  • Cons

  • Nothing really, it does take a little while to get used to it but the customer service more than makes up for it.

  • Payment isn't received from a customer until after ALL of the events he/she signed up for at each session on Zozi have passed.
