Overall it's very powerful and wonderful to use.

EMS allows us to schedule events in our building with ease.

When we had turnover we lost knowledge base. On-boarding staff with this software was not easy.

However, once you learn the system and its shortcuts, it is very useful and offers a lot for your organization.

Overall EMS Event Management Software is very easy to use and tracks data very well.

Super difficult to learn so it can really kill a new hire. We are looking at other options but when you have a lot of data in the system it makes it really hard to finally make a move.

Their manual and online help resources are good.

I was disappointed with the sales rep for our account. We had been clients for several years and had the software on our server.

You can see everything about an event quickly. You can drill down and create more levels of complexity however you see fit to use it.

Compared to zoom, EMS has an easier interface and can allow my teammates to simply join rooms for meetings and set up scheduled times. In addition, the video conference calls are high in quality.

User-friendly compared to other systems but missing features.

It's difficult to learn how to make a reservation, there are a lot of hidden spaces where you need to put information in other tabs.

This gives the institution great flexibility when deciding which modules are needed for any particular tasks.

I enjoyed working with the software. It was easy and did everything that I wanted it to do.

However, that has dropped off severely in the last year or two.

I love using and training ffolks in the software. It's robust and generally anyone who feels comfortable using a PC will enjoy it.

There are a lot of moving pieces all requiring separate installs, and separate updates. I'm not viewing this as a negative, but it does come with the territory.

The interface is difficult to navigate, and reporting has a steep learning curve. We publish reports to support staff every morning because the interface is too difficult for them to navigate.

They  both seem to be the ugly step child of the client software.

EMS has a lot of powerful features and robust reporting. Their customer service is always willing to go the extra mile to help you out.

The software once installed is quite solid and reliable. Updates come out periodically, but it's not necessary to install them all.

It helps multiple groups coordinate our facility usage here at our school and church. We are able to quickly and cleanly see whether a space is for use.

EMS is a robust platform with so many functionalities. It is relatively easy to learn and use.

I am lucky that my designated customer service rep is knowledgeable in EMS, and can quickly guide me through any questions that come up.

WE love using and integrating Tripleseat to our events here at Cheekwood. Tripleseat is easy to use and the support is right on the money.

Tripleseat is immensely helpful in not overbooking and being able to plan ahead in terms of revenue coming in and tracking client retention.

The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.

The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.

The best part about Tripleseat is the ease of use.

Its a great database for event management in the hospitality industry and great tool to communicate with clients or potential future clients.

Customer Service and Use Are Amazing. Really love the easy of the auto generating forms.

Speed in dealing with Guests is great - I have been happy implementing Gather at over 15 locations.

Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.

The customer service if I ever have a question or issue that needs sorting is quick and helpful. I use this software daily and I love using it.

Costumers love the ability to sign contracts online and the ease of communications. I have worked with several different software and TripleSeat is definitely my favorite.

Love almost every aspect of Tripleseat. The templates are great.

I really love the ease of making quotes, pulling together events, and sharing with the team, etc.

The only negative thing I would have to say is the discussions software usage with email servers.

It's easy to use, relatively intuitive (once you get the hang of it) and my experience with my account rep has been amazing.

Marketing it can integrate with Mailchimp which is great but that is not enough for exposure.

The integration with Mailchimp is simple. Their is a way of storing CC cards for clients which is a nice feature.

Features are constantly added and improved on. But most of all, customer support is the best ever.

I love the calendar view. It is so easy to login and get an overvie of what your day looks like.

Weekly and daily digests can be great reporting for the team. Integration with Stripe payments is easy to use.

Like before, we love the contract editing possibility. I also love the notifications and reminders that you can set for yourself.
