This event management platform truly stands out in the crowded market for its user-friendly interface, robust features, and impeccable customer support. EVA's customer support team deserves special recognition. They were responsive, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to address our queries and concerns promptly. The live chat feature was particularly helpful during crunch times, providing instant assistance when needed. Cons: The only con was that our key demographics and diversity questions were not turned on in the registration portion and caused us to have to do some extra things to get the information. It's nice to use an end to end solution that charges one flat fee per year for unlimited. Cons: We would like to see more templates and more options to design both the registration pages and conference site..
