I suggest always to give a try Eventboost to who is swamped by paper checklists and wasted so much time with email, Docs, calendar, forms and other tools to organize events.

This software is extremely easy to use and user-friendly. I would recommend it to other event professionals.

It is perfect for the average user. The ipad interface is simple and very intuitive.

This would have also saved time without having to go back and forth. It was nice though to have features added to cater to our needs.

I needed to find something at very short notice and this was the perfect solution.

The software is great and I will use it for all further events.

Our biggest complaint would be that we had a few problems with the deliver-ability of emails getting sent to some guests' junk mail or not being received and not getting an error message on our end.

This product is simply great at a reasonable price for a small business. Pro: price, easy to use, good customization, great support.

Easy to use, intuitive interface, customer support pre and post event is great, right price for events and accessories.

There is a bit of a learning curve and your customization will become quite limited.

Thanks to Eventboost I can manage brilliantly my events from the very beginning till the end. The platform on the web and the app for IPad are user friendly and the customer service is super.

The first time I have heard of Eventboost, I was skeptical about a platform managing all the event's processes.

As an attendee to the show, I found this product to be quite useful so that I knew exactly what my schedule was in the wayfinding was fantastic.

I also liked seeing who else was attending the meeting and being able to have a community to interact with would be great if a single attendee.

Pretty horrible if you have to explain an audience of 1000+ people that the app was down for >1.5 hours mid-conference.

The simplicity and the developmental complexity secured the underlying operation of the conference with confidence that worked every time.

My only complaint was that there were way to many notifications. I couldn't keep up with all the groups, chats meetings... whew! should be able to filter that.

Event maps were another plus. Whova is priced well in some ways you're only paying for what you're using which is awesome.

This app was very easy to use and has a lot of great features. It was helpful connecting with others at the event because part of the event was virtual and not all attendees were present.

All attendees were able to communicate like issues with current software usage, likes, dislikes, schedule meetups, give tips, and just share fun things about each other within the community.

The only thing I can say disappointing about this software is that I was not exposed to it first.

The one comment I have it removing the new notifications on the home screen. I hate having them there and could not get rid of them even going through every single article multiple times.

Whova technical support was asking for screen shots to trouble shoot the issue. I ended up refunding over 50% of gross receipts to dissatisfied customers.

Nice that I can go back and watch again or the other segments that I did not attend for 6 months. This was a great pick on software.

I really enjoyed using Whova, it was user-friendly and easy on the eyes. It was my first time using the app and I was able to figure it out in minutes and enjoy the fun.
