I don't have any reason to hate or dislike this software actually. Unless its page load that sometimes takes more time than other website.

Ease of use is a great benefit. We've used other programs before for registration, and this is least clunky.

Their reach is far greater than mine is, as a small non profit, so their built in marketing and promotion is a true feature.

Great for the consumer because it is easy and right on your phone. Great for the hosts because you can keep track of everyone.

Many of the best events I've attended were found on Eventbrite. So having the opportunity to buy and sell with them was a great experience.

The cost - FREE - of course is great. The ability to create and collect custom fields of information.

I like how you can see all the events in your area and how it's easy to book tickets from eventbrite with the best prices.

It was confusing for my users to use the system from their end. It was common for people to register wrong.

This can be a challenge for fake events or non-authenticated events that are selling tickets. Sometimes people will buy tickets to non-legitimate events and expect something else.

My experience with this App has been easy and amazing, I have found some great events going on in my area.

Anything you need to plan can be accomplished with Eventbrite. Its easy to use and create content that you will you will be very pleased with.

For all the events I've set up (free and paid), I always want to use Eventbrite. Featuring great analytics and integrations within the software.

I'm happy with Evenbrite, both in terms of features and ease of use. The few times I've needed help from customer support they've been quick and helpful.

Overall I think Eventbrite is a fantastic event management software that is inclusive of every type of event, and the options available to you without having to part with any money are very good.

They have refused to renegotiate the contract but also refuse to release funds so we can pull off our event.

I enjoyed the ease of use and ability to engage the recipient with an email that feels like an exclusive invitation.

It's great for smaller venues and groups that need to get their word out quickly and easily. Support staff are wonderful to work with as well.

My overall experience has been pretty good. I have continuously used this software for events and have been pleased.

Overall, I've had great success in using it for personal and business events and recommend you try it out, even for interoffice functions. Helps keep  all the info organized in one place.

The only complaint is that sometimes it doesn't show that there are no more tickets available.

Generally, the feedback is about poor customer service and in some cases been victim of scams which were left unresolved by the Eventbrite team.

That however is very annoying and frustrating when you are on the go and just need to get the ticket right away.

Good solution for organizing attendance for events. I like how it connects with a variety of other services.

Super easy to set up complex ticket types for various events/trainings. I love how user friendly it is and the ability to export registrant data.

This is great for promoting local events. Many of our clients have utilized this tool with great success.

Simplicity is the name of the game with eventbrite. Also, their customer care is great.

Horrible customer service. We are unable to log into our account to see who paid for the event.

My favorite feature is the Eventbrite's ability to integrate with a multitude of different devices making it super easy to find and use when it's time to attend an event.

This is super easy to use and straightforward. Really nice that it sends a detailed confirmation straight to your email.

Eventbrite's application is amazing to book/organize events and sell tickets seamlessly for a small charge. User interface is nice and easy to follow.

Overall, I have been blown away and count bringing Swoogo to our organization as one of the best business decisions I have made in my career.

The setup for the virtual page was a bit more convoluted and I struggled to set it up.

We like that with Swoogo you can transfer data from one platform to the other, and it offers a good number of features that other event management products don't.

On top of the features, Swoogo's pricing structure is a huge benefit. Our organization hosts many events.

The reporting is very clear and concise and gives you all you need to know up front as well. The support team is available basically around the clock and are super personable and ready to help.

Anyone who is looking for an event registration and event management tool should look no further.

It is the first one that finally gives me the freedom to do everything I need to do quickly and well and total open source to connect to other things I need as well.

Seating Charts:  Fully integrated into registration, and out of this world better. Self-Check-in:  Fully integrated, free, and fantastic.

The finished product looks like you spent weeks developing it. The registration process is also super easy to customize and add logic too.

What I've been most impressed with is the proactive customer support we've received from our account rep team. They have gone above and beyond and are very, very knowledgable.

That number has increased since we started using Swoogo and I credit much of that to the happiness of our clients and the ease of use for registrants.

I love this tool, and sing it's praise any chance I get.

And the responsiveness of the support team has been amazing. Managing our first event with Swoogo has happened without a hitch.

The Swoogo team also helped us figure out the best solution for our needs. We wanted to use our existing platform for donations and explore possibilities for using that in registration.

Customer service is the worst and getting them to add basic tools is a waste of time.

There is a integrate app option that I'm hoping even more features will be added to soon. We use Swoogo on a daily basis and process about 7,000-10,000 registrations per year.

Easy transition over to Swoogo. Website design is simple to use, but complex in its abilities.

Using this system has made our events look much better online, saved tons of staff time and single-handedly got me through the pandemic with our switch to virtual tools as well.

There’s very little that I don’t like but sometimes Google auto fill Kent interfere with it a little bit.

I love using Swoogo because it makes it so incredibly easy to manage events for our company. Creating discount codes is so easy and the whole program is user-friendly.

It also gives you the opportunity to use it for more than one event which is awesome due to the number of events we host in a year.

The ease of use; things are where you would expect them to be. The program is inherently intuitive.

Some features are a tad confusing but manageable.

While I did experience some frustration their team did everything they could to help. A manager had a meeting with me and stayed on until we got it exactly how we needed it.
