The biggest problem that Evite solves for me is that I do not have to have physical addresses for the people I want to invite to an event. As a person receiving an Evite, I find it convenient to be already sitting at my computer or using my phone to check my calendar for my availability and to RSVP without making a phone call. It really comes down to convenience with Evite. With so many events all the time, either events that I throw or events I attend, Evite simplifies the process.

I love that Evite sends invitations specifically to email addresses. Even if I wanted to send an invitation by snail mail, I couldn't. I don't have very many physical addresses anymore, but I do have also everyone's email. I can even upload my email address into Evite so that I don't even have to type them in!

While I do save time overall with Evite, I often loose time looking at all the different options. While they do have the different event types nicely categorized, I find that all the various options (adding pictures, etc.) can be overwhelming. It can feel like too many options. I often go back and forth on designs.

I do like Evite alot since it allows one to send out well designed invitations to one's events and to keep track of the rsvps.

Evite lets you create your own custom invitations for events. I like the fact that there are some well designed templates to choose from. You can keep track of your guests rsvps . It also keeps track of your rsvps to events that others are hosting. And you can use it to add to your online calendar to keep organized. Lots of really great features.

It does have a "party" vibe so this would not be a good tool for hosting any Zoom like meetings.

Overall it is not that great of a product. Confusing to email and send the invites and annoying that it asks for gifts and has advertisements all over the page.

I like the fact that I could create a nice invitation with lots of selection and templates. I like getting the RSVP responses via email.

It is pretty confusing how to import or where to make your contact list once you have created the invite. It also doesn’t allow you to email a reminder about the event (at least I could not find the email list back again). I don’t like that it adds a “gift” option, you should be able to turn that function off.

Overall, I've had an awesome experience with Evite. I used the app to plan my daughter's 2nd birthday party and I was able to seamlessly send out invites, record attendees, and share information. It's great software.

I love that this app is user friendly, functional, accessible, and truly a necessary app. It's so easy to schedule events and manage and interact with the attendees, all through one single app.

I am using the free app. There are no cons to this software that I have run into. I think that it runs smoothly and is very user friendly.
