The shipments, and collateral asset listings are nice features that I didn't have in the past. Cons: Although there are helpful customizations for the events and asset listings, I wish there was a bit more freedom to customize some areas i.e. adding more than one custom field in the events tab. The other critique I would give is an easier way to add assets to an event. Selecting multiple at a time or at lease not having to enter the dates for every asset.
