Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The software is very user friendly. It is so convenient to have all the information we need for our events in one program.

  • I love that the software is live so I can make changes on line in front of the customer, while on the phone with them and they can sit right away in front of their own screen.

  • Cons

  • Once in a while it is slow to respond - but customer support is always available for any questions and fixes problem instantly.

  • The only issue I have at the moment is that the mobile app is not as easy to work on the go. I do love having the mobile app, but I wish it was easier to send and edit the email templates.

  • Pros

  • Easy to Use and Set Up Great Customer Service!! Cost Effective! Works like a champ! Rare to have any downtime

  • Easy to buy tickets and have them resent to you.

  • Cons

  • Mobile app is the only con, but can be fixed with a few things. It won't allow you to make edits to events nor see guest lists. With these two fixes it could be perfect.

  • I would prefer that all reports be available in PDF and excel format. While excel format was great, it was hard to look at on my smart phone.
