It has been a very nice feature to have when using for all our meetings since we are all remote.

Creating an event is simple and integration with our email management system was seamless.

Seems like it gets worse and worse. 2 weeks ago I had to contact Customer Service for the first time ever in 5 years because the applet wouldn't start and someone had to remote login to remove it.

It's very easy to use and extremely helpful for training and for licensing classes needed.

It sometimes crashes without knowing why making it very difficult to get back on the platform, this is bad.

That makes it easy to get the word out about your events and it integrates nicely with other products, like Pardot and website platforms.

A great product overall with stellar customer support makes this the gold standard in online webinars.

I saw a seminar that was done with this product, the design was catchy, I love blue and white things and seemed to have nice features. Polls were a nice feature.

Very user friendly and great option when you need to have a meeting remotely. It's as great as meeting in person.

This software have great services like screen sharing , International dial in number , 24*7 Customer care and the best is recording. Which we can use later on to review the important points.

I've been using GTW for years and am still used to the old version. Had to switch back to the old dashboard since the new one is confusing.

I sent out the webinar registration confirmation with no password so I lost more than half my attendees and my business suffered because of it.

It was easy to use and the quality of the program is amazing.

The quality of the audio and video is amazing and better in contrast to the other webinar conducting software. Moreover, the other feature like recording and screen sharing are also very fantastic.

GoToWebinar is easy to use and meetings are easy to set up - either as a one-time meeting or ongoing occurrences.

Also at this point the UI is comparatively much less intuitive and has fewer features than the competition. The WORST part is that we found out the company is highly unethical.

All the features are there as with other products - clean interface, reliable and looks professional.

It costs the invitee nothing and I rarely have trouble getting connected. This keeps me from having to drive to the city to be in a meeting.

Also customer service is amazing - I had an emergency 5 minutes before a meeting was about to start and called for help. The rep was able to get me up and running in time for the meeting.

Sometimes, I had to leave the mobile and resume the meeting on my desktop as it lags a lot on the mobile.

I suppose that sometimes there have been some glitches that we have experienced in use such as disconnects or not being able to see the screen but that has usually been user error.

All of my webinars for my continuing education use GoToWebinar so I have used this program for years. I'm very pleased with the ease of use.

GotoWebinar is one of the top tier product similar to Cisco's WebEx. WebEx's advanced is that they have customer support to help you host the meeting that does cost extra.

What I like most about GoToWebinar is that it is great for its function of having and hosting meetings.

The tools in the side really intuitive, I participate a lot in webinars and I'm grateful there is a platform that works perfect and allows us to have a great webinar experience.

Best technical support I have experienced, ever. Tech Support's team with whom I interacted exhibited knowledge, courtesy and spoke in easily understandable  English.

It can be integrated with other forms, which is great to sync registrations with marketing automation platforms.

The ease of use and its usefulness. We are able to do so much and share so much as a team with this software.

A desktop app is needed to attend any webinar. This can be a little annoying.

I loved the integration with GoogleSheets - we just downloaded the list of participants. It saved us a lot of time and admin work.

A reliable tool for meetings, especially great during these current times of online working. The tools are easy to work with especially the polling tool that we enjoy using for training purposes.

It's quite robust and the basic functions are easily accessible to make a large gathering of people, I believe it caps at 250 participants, so very useful and organized.

The software is relatively user friendly. Due to the nature of our industry, we do prefer to use the built in clickers, but having the option for smart devices is also a great benefit.

Instead of buying clickers, turning point allows you to make your phone into a clicker. It is very straight forward and cost efficient.

NO option to provide students real-time test results immediately after completing an exam. No option to allow re-takes if assignment is incomplete or submitted in error by the student.

The only downside is that I have to type in the session ID every class, but that is only because my teacher changes it each class.

The integration with powerpoint is convenient. When it works, it works well.

It easily integrates with PowerPoint presentation. Our institution uses this platform for Pre and Post tests for instruction lectures.

The integration with the Powerpoint toolbar is great.

As I said, it works quite well about 60% of the time. When it works, it's stellar.

This product allows for excellent group communication, whether in a classroom or at a meeting, etc. Everyone can post votes or answer a question by using the app from their phones.

Using TP for webinars requires the use of a second system to accommodate audio and video  This is problematic for less technical participants.

NO option that shows date/time when an assignment is submitted. Not being able to delete incomplete assignments from the guest accounts.

TurningPoint offers great software that can improve the learning and lecture happening in a classroom.

Can be useful in gaining audience participation, but in my experience, has been glitchy.

You cant simply use the software, you have to register for a Turning Account which is a nightmare when you forget the password and 500 people are waiting for you to sort the problem out.

The ability to crop out certain parts of a recording easily within the browser and the ability to manually edit captions for clarity are also very helpful.

I could have used Zoom with polling for a lot less $$$$ and a lot less trouble.

There can sometimes be a lag between a PowerPoint update and a TurningPoint update which can cause functionality issues.

No compatibility with Apple Keynote. Physical Clickers are small and easily lost.

Very easy to use but severely limited when assigning exams to large groups with extended due dates.

Maybe they could change the way they charge to blocks of seats, instead of a per seat cost that you have to pay every year. I have considered moving to a software that does not require an annual fee.

It is super easy to use. One thing that is great is once you are set to a channel on your remote for that class you won’t need to change it as long as the receiver’s channel doesn’t get changed.

I don't like that we have to pay an annual subscription fee based on our number of seats.

It is a nice way to engage a class and measure their knowledge.

I like the accessibility of creating post test and evaluation for our trainings. It is easy to manage the responses and to export them into excel.

Both from a value perspective and customer service. I'd recommend them to anyone.

As far as I am aware, it is the only clicker company that charges an annual fee for people who purchase clickers. Without the software the clickers do not work so the annual fee is a essential.

Turning Point is a great solution for our Honors program.
