Pros
- As a developer at KonfHub, I appreciated the opportunity to work on innovative event management solutions.
- It's great for getting your customers registered and manage those registrations for your upcoming events. Very helpful for running promotions cost effectively.
- Love this platform, will use it and recommend it to people who want to host events seamlessly.
Cons
- One limitation I found with Konfhub is the lack of advanced filtering options for event searches.
- A way for participants to cancel their ticket if they are not going to come4.
- The lag which occurs sometimes and the pop ups.
Pros
- They were kind, quick to respond and delivered a solid product at the best price in town. That's pretty darn good if you ask me.
- This company is well staffed, and their product and implementation adept, efficient, and innovative. The customer service is also outstanding.
- Their customer service is excellent and very responsive and patient for every question I have had for them. The reports are also very comprehensive during and at the end of an event.
Cons
- I have not been able to "void" tickets which I should be able to do within 24 hours according to your information. When emailed tickets fail to "send" there is no error message.
- I am not sure if there is a reason behind that or if it is just by chance it got lost or went to spam. I am not sure, but just wanted to throw that in there too.
- As I mentioned above, I have been told these problems have been corrected.
