Memberclicks excels here. The product is very user-friendly and customizable to my needs. They continue to improve the product and we are very happy to partner with them. The reports you can run provide real-time information and help us provide quality service to our members. #### Cons Getting use to the layout of the pages requires extra effort when placing items on the page. Learning to use tables helps the best but still requires attention to detail. We prefer this to the system we had in the past which did not provide us with the support we needed or updates we wanted. The calendar management and mass communication tool is very good too. #### Cons The revenue reports cannot be customized which we would prefer. The ones they have are ok, could be better. Also the invoicing system and tracking you need to practice to get used to it. It's been a challenging process. #### Cons We were told it integrates with HigherLogic, and while that's technically true, the process is clunky and not visually appealing. All integration questions are on HigherLogic to resolve, and they do not play nice. The time frame for questions is often more than three days. Also, there is no integration with Zapier, which is extremely unfortunate as it's listed on the features for Memberclicks. I started using Zapier to integrate with our conference app, which was terrific, so I'm sad that Zapier is not an option. #### Reasons for choosing MemberClicks Cost versus other products. I had a reference say they integrated with Higherlogic. #### Reasons for switching to MemberClicks At the time they didn't integrate with HigherLogic, after I signed the contract, Member365 started offering integration options. #### Vendor response Mel, Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. The entire system, including the web page, once you learn it, is great. I really find it very easy to locate any member by the searches that are available. I also like being able to modify the profile views and profile information. I believe our members also find the profile pages very helpful and user friendly. I also really appreciate the forms sections and the variety of registration forms that I have created makes my life much easier! #### Cons I have asked many times for a couple options. I totally understand why they can't do it, but it would make my life SO much easier - on the forms - If only there were a couple more options for the "status" of the forms. Right now, there is only active or Deleted. It would be amazing if there was a third option, something like "completed" so it will remain in the profile instead of completely disappearing (from their profile) when I have to delete them. I also still find the PERMISSIONS stuff just mind boggling. I really don't mess with them much, because its over my head I think... But I know they would help me with it if I asked. #### Reasons for switching to MemberClicks Lack of options and lack of service. It was a very basic web page that did not give us much, if any, options. Processing dues, notifying members of renewals, and making changes to memberships is a breeze. #### Cons As it stands, MemberClicks is not the simplest platform to utilize without some instruction. The fact that not all methods of payment are accepted is an area that may use some work. #### Reasons for switching to MemberClicks So many things are possible with this software; for example, I can send out mass emails with embedded links or keep track of members' accounts and information.
