Organized and connectable: the Odoo has a good UX/UI, you can found your specific function faster and Sometimes from the same page Like make a task for my assistant while I'm on the sales page.

Overall it's the most suggestible not only just because of it's opensource but also, customer ease of access is very good with it.

Search is fast and flexible, alot of combination search function. Easy to use with the same UI style, UI is very clean not messy.

Also, they have friendly and very knowledgable support staff that are there to help you succeed without any high pressure tactics. They are in it with you for the long term.

The most interesting and brilliant thing about Odoo, is its framework and how easy we can develop using it. Also some apps are just easy to learn and well documented.

The best thing about this software is the versatility of the apps and the grade of customization that we can achieve.

The support is terrible, specially in UAE, the account managers for enterprise never respond and tickets are open for 3 and 4 days.

Odoo is an extremely powerful software. We use the Manufacturing Module and the CRM Module prominently and these have both been brilliant tools that we are very happy with internally.

Sourcing rather than manufacturing analyse by customize odoo, in costing and RFQ is wonderful.

Second thing is when there is any error in py file sometimes it fails to give exact error.

Very poor support of partners. Very bad deep understanding of overall solution in odoo (as main provider).

Your use facility is amazing and the best of all: is free. Odoo has OCA Community that help the user in several questions.

So far so good, we are now live after 2 months of studying and configuring. Once you get used to it, it can be really beneficial in the long run.

The demo was amazing, incredible, I had an instant love for the tool, the low prices really excited me.

POS is too basic and so many bugs. For instance, taxes is not updated after applying a global discount which is totally illegal.

Odoo gives me access to a lot of tools that allow me to manage my business better in one platform. I get to integrate all business processes hassle-free.

The CRM for the sales side is really easy to use and browse through and has a very good tagging feature allowing me (as sales director) to easily filter accounts and keep track of leads.

There is no mobile app for community edition yet.

It does not integrate into social networks, nor does it manage chat internally (at least, not without losing speed). Your targeting options are scarce.

The software is good, but if you need to customize they will make money over you.

The migration script of Odoo is not available before several months and return a lot of errors in the beginning when is available.

Upon further interaction we realized these needs could not be met. Not only were we not refunded for the hours we had actually utilized, they refused to refund us any of our unused retainer.

Honestly, I love the color schemes. It makes it very easy to use because of bold colors.

It has a lot of integration options (e.g., create tasks from Outlook email -- which is quite nice).

Wrike allowed me to structure my tasks and to follow my progress in the projects. This allows for better time management and the effect of the work accomplished is very beneficial.

Lastly,​ if it's​ not working out for you cancel the auto-renewal​ ASAP.

What I really hated about Wrike is how user unfriendly it is.

It's by far the best platform on the market- we looked at over ten. Great for creatives; love the Adobe Creative Cloud integration.

It is a very good tool to do collaborative work, we like it because it focuses on improving communication and keeping everyone attentive and integrated into the projects.

Overall I am happy, just reduce the cost and the reporting section and we would have a winning software.

I like that wrike provide us functions and tools to work in a easy way, I like that those functions with the graphic interface works really good and I like that you can use them to upgrade your work.

Wrike has come a long way and continues to grow. The fact that they start you off with very good features for free is a testament to their commitment to their user base.

Zero cost entry into project collaboration and organisation. Wrike is more powerful than Asana here because it does more for a lot less.

I like that I am abke to track time, issue and cost spent on projects in real-time with Wrike.

The flexibility and customisation makes it a bit confusing to start with, and I also found that the initial set up we had was not optimal.

We were very happy to see Wrike had a friendly and very usable interface that non-PM focused users could interact with easily.

The fact that I have to go into a submenu to close the panel is ridiculous.

Wrike was an awesome tool and allowed me to interact with other departments in such a smart way. The features offered made communication seamless and ensured that nothing fell through the cracks.

There was SO much on Wrike that it became hard to use and intimidating.

It also makes the relevant conversations and files more difficult to track down, since they might be lost in any of these subtasks.

There are some great features and modules. I think the software is capable of being a great tool in project management.

Expensive,  They offer NO REFUNDS, NO CREDIT, NO Contract options.

I really enjoyed some of the unique features like the robust reporting and the apps/integrations. The UI was also pleasant.

Annotating repetitive tasks is the best thing that I have experienced so far. Additionally, it is easy to track progress of work with Wrike.

I've been very sad and puzzled at the disconnect from what project planning and project management is, and the lack of desire to connect or find a solution for prospective customers.

A great do it all, would be the perfect tool if it wasn't for the price and reliability of the app.

Some limited features access the other management tools and need to pay for more use.

Good for managing high level projects and milestones. Gantt charts help visualize progress and keep our teams on top of their work.

The ease of use and access remotely and that I can get reports on each campaign from one soucre. It really save tome and money.

This software is great for collaborating on tasks with other colleagues. I like that I can set deadline dates and update the task anytime I want and the changes will be tracked.

It has excellent integration with Apple operating systems, both with Mac and iPhone, which allows us to be connected at all times.

The software is good, and we like the desktop user interface. The business has improved project management overall, and it was generally easy to implement.

Compared to nearly every other project management platform I've used it's by far the one with the worst UX.

The free option is very limited. No time tracking, no option for subtasks, and very limited storage included in.

Improved visualization of the actual workload capacity of the team. Folders can be created which are dedicated to be shared only with relevant team members.

The team at Wrike was so helpful getting us up and running and were very attentive to our needs. The software is easy to use, and provides great visibility on projects.

There isn't really a feature in Wrike I'd like to highlight, I think they're all awesome.

There is no warning system that reminds you of your pending tasks, and you only see them if you go into the app.

I like the waterfall management interface of Wrike. It also has a comprehensive pricing charts and nice third party apps integrations.

The customer service was good with an employee doing an initial walkthrough.

I like the reports and timetables that we can cooperate on preparing, which are effective and accurately express the percentage of completion of the project.

Another thing I like is the easiest way that Wrike integrates with other tools or apps like google, word, and excel.

Creation of workflow/roadmaps is very user friendly. Preset/automated workflow for frequently repeated tasks is very helpful.

An amazing tool to assist the team solve difficulties and plan ahead of time.

Pleasure experience working with this software, we have modernize on how we managing our project and we can get a real-time progress tracking after using Wrike.

The ability to customize each step of the workflow is most important for us. And the fact that customer service is always available, quick and willing to help, has made all the difference.
