Oras.io is a cloud-based event management solution that helps businesses manage bookings for fairs and events. It helps users receive applications, accept or deny them and handle billing and payments.

Oras.io helps businesses automate registrations, bookings and invoices. Users can create different categories, additional options and discounts, which can be incorporated in the invoices prepared by the solution.

The solution also offers users data and reports, a tags manager, customer relationship management and the ability to send emails to exhibitors. Users can integrate Oras.io with their websites via APIs, plug-and-play listings or embedding via i-Frame.

Oras.io offers services by charging a percentage of the total volume. The services are billed annually. Support is offered via email, phone and through an online help desk. Skype product tutorials are also available.

Great Tool for handling applications to your fair or exhibition

Pros

We handle hundreds of applications for our booth space per month and got tired of doing it all by hand. oras.io saves us a ton of time by automating all that.

Cons

This is a tiny little con:
The oras.io team agreed to add some custom functionality for us (which is actually a great PRO - not a lot of software companies do that). However, they were extremely busy at the time so it took a while for our features to get finished.

More time, less mistakes and freeetime

Pros

That I got rid of all the boring, repetitive work that would always be the same, scalability, not writing any invoices

Cons

The software comes at a premium price, so I really had to think a few weeks if it was worth it. Overall it took a lot of work away from me

- Saved a lot of time.

- It made my whole process look a lot more professional.

Pros

It provides a great interface for easy communication between the organizer and exhibitors. I save a great amount of time by simply accepting or denying applications with one click and not having to write invoices and contracts by hand. Also, it save me the pain of collecting money from my customers.

Cons

oras.io caters to a niche of trade fair organizers. This means funcionality outside of that scope is somewhat limited. However, the team took care of two feature requests made by me and really tried to help me out.
