There was great customer support and training. After the training, product was easy to use; allowed persons not in attendance to bid.

The customer service is fantastic , they are easy to reach and answer any questions.

The support is outstanding. Any time I had a question about how to do something, my rep was responsive and helpful.

We also loved the integrated notification templates and the auction reports. The ease of checkout was amazing.

They are alaways available by phone or email, and while their website has fabulous tutorials, they are also fabulous in providing you hands on support.

Sometimes, that made things a little confusing for me as we were only doing the online auction.

Overall, awesome experience. Their customer service answered every call and was always helpful and courteous.

The mobile site was awesome and so easy to use. Texts/Emails that came during the event are helpful.

The real negative for us was having to enter silent auction donations and ticket sales in the same area.

Real-time reports on how much money you are making and the return on the value. The registration page and the ability to customize it to our liking was amazing, especially when recognizing sponsors.

We also took advantage of the integrated credit card processing feature, which allowed us to easily pre-register bidders and sell tickets online.

From the time we started building our first event till today, we have been impressed with not only the soft ware but customer service was amazing in all aspects of meeting our needs.

It manages contacts, monitors donations, item bundling, integrated credit card processing, and a lot more.

We had used BidPal/OneCause prior but the cost model was unbearable for us this year. With Silent Auction Pro we pay after the first event; nothing upfront.

The mobile auction set up is so user friendly and you receive texts when you have been outbid. Also, inputting a donation is quick and easy.

The customer service is wonderful. They are there not just when  I need help but they call and check on me before the event too.

The event was a huge success and we were very pleased with our experience.

It went without a hitch at the event and we were beyond pleased with how it went and the amazing results.

Their support team is outstanding, always available to help, and always willing to walk you through whatever you need.

We started as Bidsheet customers and now LOVE the Mobile platforms. They are so easy to use, even for those who are technologically challenged.

If I have to find 1 ‘con’, it would be the inability to add multiple pictures with one auction item. But I think my re said they are fixing that for next year).

It is intuitive, simple, and made us look polished and organized. Features I loved most include: Easy Check-in, Easy Check-Out, entering of winning bids, and the integrated credit card feature.

Credit card processing (we used WorldPay) fees are lower (and no monthly fee), making the total cost lower. Software is feature-rich.

We are excited to use this platform for a combined live/online auction. The customer support is so important and so good at SAP.

The data collection and reports were extremely helpful, too. But the best aspect may be the superb customer service.

The stats after the auction were very helpful. I liked how it kept all donations organized and were easy to ship out after.

The drill down page listed every item in the basket but the individual pictures did not exist so the item said No phot to Display. We ran out of time to take all the pictures so we dealt with it.

Very user friendly; customer support always quick and helpful.

Out overall experience was fantastic. I can not say enough about all of the awesome functions and great customer service.

The customer service is key and you guys have it nailed. Many people already struggle with technology and to learn a whole new software program can be frustrating even for those who know it well.

Silent Auction Pro was an excellent choice to open our Silent Auction to all our supporters. Comments from our bidders included ease of use and great layout for bid items.

The menu items can be confusing at times. When looking for something in particular, it can be hard to know which menu item to look under.
