"TicketSource offered a complete service for my charity event with regular updates and the ability to contact customers with information."

"It was great that you could keep up to date with ticket sales so that you could push your event if needed and that you had an attendees list."

"Once we had the event on, it was easy to see the bookings and information we needed, and payout was more or less straight after the event."

"Also after you send a update I couldn't find anywhere to see who it had all gone to as we had people who said they didn't receive it, and I couldn't find a way to check that"
