  • Pros

  • Its customer service is truly outstanding. On the rare occasions when we have had to contact them with a technical issue it is resolved quickly and efficiently.
  • We have been using TicketSource as our sole provider for Box Office solutions now for just over a year. During this time, they have continued to improve what was already an excellent product.
  • I called support once and they were super helpful. The icons that I placed on our website were easy to use and attractive.
  • Cons

  • We are just starting to accept bookings on line and were very nervous about the things that could go wrong leaving our customers frustrated and angry.
  • It seems to get stuck in one mode at a time. I have had problems with customers making bookings which Ticketsource has not notified me of.
  • A few of our customers have reported problems printing their e-tickets but I can't comment on that.

  • Their program integrates seemlesly with our website, making it easier for customers to complete their bookings. The customer support is great, they are very responsive and helpful.
  • The strength of this company is the fantastic support it provides for its clients. This is both at the set-up stage, and also after implementation has started.
  • My overall experience with Xola has been great. Also the customer support is awesome.
  • Cons

  • I can't think of anything at this time. There have been a few time's that I have had issues with clicking the wrong thing accidentally.
  • Sadly, business is still in its beginning stage so there is not a lot of interaction iv'e had with this software.
  • Unable to quickly block of certain tours at specific times.
