"Purchasing tickets, tracking payments, adding donations, refunding tickets, and checking people in on the day of the event were all straightforward and intuitive."

"They worked with us to customize our whacky ticketing tiers, their rates make everyone happy (us, our customers) and when I reach out to them, I feel that I am heard."

"I do prefer to use it more for events that we are preselling tickets rather than onsite ticket sales, but I've managed both successfully through this platform."
