## Reviews summary

- Overall rating: 4.7/5
- Total reviews: 575

### Secondary ratings

- Ease of use: 4.6/5
- Customer support: 4.7/5
- Value for money: 4.6/5
- Functionality: 4.5/5

### Rating distribution

- 5 stars: 427 reviews (74%)
- 4 stars: 124 reviews (22%)
- 3 stars: 12 reviews (2%)
- 2 stars: 6 reviews (1%)
- 1 star: 6 reviews (1%)

### Most mentioned pros

- It streamlines the entire event process from booking to execution, and keeps everything organized in one place, which saves time and reduces back-and-forth. Once you get past the initial learning curve, it becomes a really efficient tool that helps manage multiple events and improves overall workflow and communication.
- We used this product for events at our business and we never had to worry about any security threats with people's personal info.
- I also love the discussion templates as they give me the ability to communicate quickly with clients, and I can see when they have opened/read my messages.

### Most mentioned cons

- While the integration is powerful, the setup phase requires a lot of attention to detail to get right. If you do not map your room types correctly from the start, you can run into syncing errors that take time to troubleshoot.
- Almost all of our emails from tripleseat end up in spam or junk folders, so we probably have missed a ton of leads because of that.
- It makes it very cumbersome and confusing for the client when I am sending multiple contracts with different emails.

The experience remains incredibly user friendly which is truly the best part about the platform. Not all clients are very tech savvy and sometimes, neither am I! The ease of the different functionalities, especially the new use of TripleSeat direct has proven to be a truly fantastic feature!

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 4/5

#### Pros

I actually think it possible, I like it even MORE now!As a company we have started using the TripleSeat direct feature for delivery options and it too remains SO user friendly for both back end internal use and client facing UX.

#### Cons

The only challenge is that with Tripleseat direct, it only allows you to add additional items (like rentals, or unique aks) as "Special Requests" and I worry about the kitchen missing those items!

#### Reasons for choosing Tripleseat

It seemed the most user friendly for our company purposes.

#### Reasons for switching to Tripleseat

Caterase was becoming antiquated.

#### Cons

The built in discussion (email) platform is a little clunky and can be difficult especially from a client perspective. It has improved over the years and more updates are planned to make it more like a traditional email platform.

After getting over the learning curve and getting to know the system, TripleSeat has allowed our team to better forecast our revenue as we develop our venue into more of a wedding venue as opposed to a corporate rental.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5

#### Pros

As an individual who is fairly new to the tracking of the backend of events, I have yet to run into a system feature that TripleSeat does not have a backend ability to perform. From customizing automated messages to customizing even what triggers them being sent, TripleSeat makes the follow-up of events and customers easy, and the tracking of data thereafter smooth.

#### Cons

We wanted to use TripleSeat ticketing, but were unabke to do so as there was no way to connect it directly to our Square account.

I really enjoy using Tripleseat overall. It's challenging to not have an email draft capability. Sometimes the formatting looks funny after sending.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 4/5

#### Pros

The explainations were fast paced (which I really appreciated as a somewhat familiar user). They were clear and very helpful. I appreciated the chance to ask questions and all of the examples they shared.

#### Cons

The screen for presentation was kind of small. Our event space in San Francisco would be fabulous for your next event in SF. We have room for 100 seated, a floor-to-ceiling projector, lots of natural light, access to bar and caterers, and we are very ingrained in the community and hospitality industry as an incubator program for businesses founded by immigrant women. Overall I love that it is truly a "one stop shop" It has everything There are a lot of helpful features, some require more training than others but it is there and available for me to ask questions on. From the integration services to the new tripleseat floorplans, they are really working hard to help us reduce the number of tabs we have open at a time. The interface is easy on the eyes, simple to use, and the most convenient. I love how easy it is to edit our contracts, and how fast it is to copy information from another event. Overall it is a 10/10 service for what I need it for with only a couple of small areas of opportunity that don't really affect me day to day— they are just things that would be nice but not necessary.

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5
- Customer support: 5/5
- Functionality: 5/5

#### Pros

Triple seat is very user friendly, I learned all of the basics in under a week and still discovering new ways to utilize all of the resources available on triple seat. Reporting features are very useful when compiling data. I love that the support team is quick to respond when I reached out directly. Love the available webinars and trainings provided by TS as a resource. They listen to feedback and forward it to the appropriate channels so that the service can be improved upon. The service makes following up, so easy as well as keeping conversations with clients in one place so it's always quick and easy to go back without digging through my emails.

#### Cons

Triple seat is VERY specific- I don't like that it doesn't have any suggestions when you spell the name of a client or event wrong even if you're off by one letter no search results will be generated. When trying to clear old leads it's frustrating that it takes you back to page one after every lead that is cleared. The integration with the Knot was a complete fail. I trusted tripleseat to integrate my leads from the knot months later I found out that it wasn't working properly, this resulted in missed conversions for the venue due to months of unanswered leads which should've to my knowledge been coming through directly to tripleseat. I Could have caught it earlier on if tripleseat sent communication to us about the issue. Clients constantly have issues accessing their payment portals. They can be the main contact and receive a message saying they don't have access to their own event. Clearer troubleshooting solutions would be great. I would also love it if the system could recognize types of events so that when I am pulling email lists I could separate weddings from corporate etc...

#### Ratings breakdown

- Ease of use: 5/5
- Value for money: 5/5

I love the automated tasks that keep me organized so I don't have to rely on my memory or handwritten lists to keep track of hundreds of tasks. I also love the discussion templates as they give me the ability to communicate quickly with clients, and I can see when they have opened/read my messages.

#### Cons

There isn't a lot of downsides, but a couple of improvements I would love to see: - Drop down options for declining a lead (helps simplify reporting) - More CRM abilities within Contacts such as tracking touchpoints, notes, in person tours, sending gifts, etc.
