Tripleseat is immensely helpful in not overbooking and being able to plan ahead in terms of revenue coming in and tracking client retention.

The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.

The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.

The best part about Tripleseat is the ease of use.

Its a great database for event management in the hospitality industry and great tool to communicate with clients or potential future clients.

Customer Service and Use Are Amazing. Really love the easy of the auto generating forms.

Speed in dealing with Guests is great - I have been happy implementing Gather at over 15 locations.

Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.

The customer service if I ever have a question or issue that needs sorting is quick and helpful. I use this software daily and I love using it.

Costumers love the ability to sign contracts online and the ease of communications. I have worked with several different software and TripleSeat is definitely my favorite.

Love almost every aspect of Tripleseat. The templates are great.

I really love the ease of making quotes, pulling together events, and sharing with the team, etc.

The only negative thing I would have to say is the discussions software usage with email servers.

It's easy to use, relatively intuitive (once you get the hang of it) and my experience with my account rep has been amazing.

Marketing it can integrate with Mailchimp which is great but that is not enough for exposure.

The integration with Mailchimp is simple. Their is a way of storing CC cards for clients which is a nice feature.

Features are constantly added and improved on. But most of all, customer support is the best ever.

I love the calendar view. It is so easy to login and get an overvie of what your day looks like.

Weekly and daily digests can be great reporting for the team. Integration with Stripe payments is easy to use.

Like before, we love the contract editing possibility. I also love the notifications and reminders that you can set for yourself.

Great integration with mobile and tablet devices and a great feature set that doesn't leave anything out, including selling merchandise and memberships.

The user friendliness is what I value most about VBO. It is extremely easy to use and to problem solve with.

I am utilising VBO for the bands I manage and it has been by far the best platform we have had the opportunity to work on.

After evaluating numerous Solutions, but ease-of-use during set up all the way through the user experience has been a game changer for us.

It's been okay, but hard to get in touch for immediate contact without having a VBO support phone number and having to email only.

VBO Tickets is a cloud-based ticketing platform which assists event planners, tour guides and festival organizers with marketing and payment processing. Key features include attendee registration, custom pricing, group sales and membership management. 


The application enables users to define entry timings on tickets, create customized seating plans and sell ticket bundles to groups. Teams can create custom forms with multiple fields to collect attendee information and complete the registration process for classes, workshops, events and more. Additionally, the white-label solution enables managers to sell tickets directly from the event website or Facebook page.
