Pros
- Like before, we love the contract editing possibility. I also love the notifications and reminders that you can set for yourself.
- Gather is very user friendly and helps me keep our event calendar clean and organized. It is fantastic for communicating with both guests and our management team throughout the company.
- I find it to be user friendly for all levels of technical ability. Its quick and easy to use and I love the ability to share banquet event order changes with the guests in real time.
Cons
- The annoying, time wasting and the unnecessary notifications. I have nightmares about those dreadful notifications.
- Sometimes the information we put in the system is also not updated properly and we need to refresh the page a few times. We've missed or messed up catering orders for that reason.
- The chef BEO includes the bar information which is unnecessary and can be confusing. According to everyone I've spoke with this is unavoidable and there is nothing they can do about it.
Pros
- Well designed graphic interface easy to use its especially good for conferences.
- One of the highlights is its ability to design event web pages in a simple and personalized way.
- I've used Zoho Backstage for several events and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hassle-free event coordination experience.
Cons
- My event seemed to have characteristics that limited the expression of its unique style.
- Landing page templates that are available are limited. More options with different types of designs can be made available.
