The live polls, surveys, and gamification features completely transformed how our attendees interacted with speakers and sponsors. I really appreciate how easy it is to customize the look and feel of the app to match our corporate branding perfectly. Setting up the backend is straightforward, and having the registration portal linked directly to the app ensures a seamless transition for the user. Their customer service team is fantastic, highly responsive, and genuinely listens to feedback. Cons: Managing a very dense schedule with multiple concurrent sessions can be a bit tedious to organize exactly how you want it displayed. The design options for the initial registration landing page are somewhat limited compared to dedicated website builders. I also noticed that only one administrator can make edits to the backend event website at a time, which can create a bottleneck if you have a large team trying to update details at the last minute. The design features for the registration page is limited but we knew this going into the program Reasons for choosing EventMobi We also considered ventari and hellospaces (not in the list) - Price was a factor, the fact the there were apps downloadable in store and not only website based apps, support, that fact that you didnt need to cancel. That it could be only a contract per event if wanted. Reasons for switching to EventMobi We were not happy with the performance and support. Notifications were set up but didnt work. It was more designable but we wanted a reliable product with maybe fewer features but which held up to what was advertised. There were some bugs to work out with the integration with our Swoogo registration list. In the future see if you could embed REMO into the main stage. We also got into a crunch at the end of the prep-phase, because it was not mad aware to us how much work would still need to be done by the EM team to prepare the transition slides.
