The design features for the registration page is limited but we knew this going into the program #### Reasons for choosing EventMobi We also considered ventari and hellospaces (not in the list) - Price was a factor, the fact the there were apps downloadable in store and not only website based apps, support, that fact that you didnt need to cancel. That it could be only a contract per event if wanted. #### Reasons for switching to EventMobi We were not happy with the performance and support. Notifications were set up but didnt work. The conference platform was easy to navigate as a registrant/event user, and the SUPPORT TEAM hand holding us every step of the way was FANTASTIC! #### Cons The back end was a little overwhelming at the beginning, but overall became manageable once we overcame the learning curve. There were some bugs to work out with the integration with our Swoogo registration list. In the future see if you could embed REMO into the main stage. We also got into a crunch at the end of the prep-phase, because it was not mad aware to us how much work would still need to be done by the EM team to prepare the transition slides. But it all worked out in the end! #### Reasons for choosing EventMobi We already had an existing contract with EventMobi for other products, so it was easy to combien and migrate. We also felt that our membership had some familiarity with EventMobi. I have used other competitive tools on the market and I felt like I was drowning in FAQ's. Even with a semi-technical background when I needed help I could hop on a chat or give someone a call and get a real response and guidance. They are the best team, you never feel like you will just be given a link to figure it out yourself. EventMobi makes sure you have the support you need. #### Cons Nothing really. You can get a little overwhelmed about how to set up your widgets and links but if you are worried you can ask them to look at it and give you their advice. #### Reasons for switching to EventMobi It was expensive and their support and service was a struggle. We’ve seen growth in app use by attendees and, as a result, better audience engagement. I like having the ability to use Live Polls, to communicate directly with attendees throughout the conference and to update details during the event to provide the most up-to-date information at all times. #### Cons There is not one specific location to access all of the live polls. It’s a reasonably priced, solid platform for all of our virtual event requirements. #### Cons There were some options (such as breakout rooms) that needed refining when we originally started using the platform, but those have been upgraded over time. #### Vendor response Sarah!
