  • Pros

  • You can call and speak to people who want to help you fix your problem and they constantly improving and taking feedback.
  • Simplicity and ease of handling our inventory and customer database.
  • Cons

  • Documentation and instructions are week. Limited options: spell check, cut and paste option just not work on all parts of the system.
  • You may have to follow up for status opposed to waiting to hear an update. Way more hits than misses through, especially lately.

  • Easy to use and allows for great integrations with other apps and customization if you have some technical background.
  • We have a lot of listening from the developper. It help us to be more efficient in our operations.
  • Cons

  • It can take 5-10 seconds for a screen to pop up. When you have a customer on the phone asking for a price and availability, and it takes a couple minutes, that is unacceptable.
  • The colors for inventory availability, within a transaction, do not display properly most of the time and it is really annoying. Availability graphs are not precise enough.
