Whether it be farmer parcels visits and updated yield projections, or up-to-date credit disbursements and repayments, the ability to monitor field staff activities at a distance in real time has drastically improved the transparency of our business. #### Cons Given our field technicians lack of familiarity with technology, the usability of the software could be improved by adding an ability for field staff to review what data has been entered on a given day. The mobile app and web app are pleasant to use. It's properly sectioned making almost everything easy to find. Also, their support team is just pleasant to work with. They respond to questions promptly and are quick to suggest a myriad of approaches to solve/undertake a task. #### Cons There was an occasion when one survey on FarmForce was rounding off numbers and the workaround to get it to report the actual figures was to switch the datatype from number to text. If you don't see the issue here, that meant we could get values like "F" for a numbers only field. #### Vendor response Dear Anthony, Thank you for taking the time to write the review.
