Pros
- I found email to fax to be a great feature in making work processes seamless and fast. Very fast delivery for faxes outgoing and incoming were a great advantage for productive work flow.
- Interface is good, capability is very good and faxing worked as expected and with good communication. Pricing/service tiers are good to find something reasonable for your needs and overall value.
- The service is easy to use, efficient and reliable. The customer service is excellent and the team is always willing to help out with any questions or problems I have.
Cons
- The most Terrible experiance in my life. Hey! i send email 1 week ago no one reply me , is this scam application.
- So I disputed it on PayPal and they blocked my account (the one they have charged me for) to prevent me from pulling the additional documents that PayPal requires to process the dispute.
- They refused, which seemed short sighted when dealing with a medical practice of 7 providers.
Pros
- The most I have liked is the console management, the ease of use of the interface. The ease of management of multiple accounts and the excellent support.
- The ease of operation and clarity. For my very small operation I have found this to be not only the best value, but also the most intuitive package that I have used.
- This was easy to setup and I love how easy it is to use. Much, more user friendly than the service we had been using.
Cons
- Not being able to block spam fax numbers. The delay in getting fax bridges this year.
- Service questions, and even some ‘dumb’ questions were all dealt with in less than 5 minutes.
- I don't like the way the software saves, it is confusing when the window does not.
