It's reliable in that we've never run into it malfunctioning. It doesn't require frequent updates or constant money-grubbing. #### Ratings breakdown - Ease of use: 3/5 - Value for money: 3/5 - Functionality: 3/5 #### Pros GFI Faxmaker has been reliable and is able to be customized by Group Policy. Its cost is definitely appealing. It allows for custom cover sheet messages on a per-user basis. #### Cons Faxmaker is quite rudimentary. Its Tab function can often fail which means you have to click into the To: field. This sounds minor, but when sending many faxes a day (as a referral clerk, medical records clerk, etc.), this can be cumbersome. Changing the cover image is an absolute pain as there is no real administrative interface. Customer service is non existing. Emails that I am receiving from them are always for some reason deleted (blank). We can never log into the account without the problem; our account seems to be always frozen. It takes days to get in touch with somebody. Getting a real human to address any kind of support question is virtually impossible.
