Glad I found iFax

As an early user my experience is limited but I do like what I have seen so far.

PROS

Faxing is not necessarily a thing of the past. And when you need it, it needs to be quick and easy without the headache of maintaining a fax machine. iFax is the perfect fit.

CONS

None that I have found so far. It has worked well for my use.

Reasons for switching to iFax

They don't allow sending unless you get their monthly plan. I don't send enough to justify that expense.

Not trustworthy

Horrible experience. Dont recommend anyone to use this scam.

Absolutely nothing . The app is difficult to use and no customer support is present.

CONS

- Lack of service. - Lack of functionality. - Inability to cancel and having to dispute with credit card company.

Very User Friendly

PROS

User Friendly, was very quick process from start to finish.

CONS

Free subscription has very few pages. I fax probably 2-3 times a year, but may send between 1-10 pages when I do.

No ongoing free option for users with very little fax needs.
