  • This software includes everything you can imagine you would need to run and manage a successful event. The layer after layer of amazing features is like a candy store for event planners.
  • SENSITIVE CONTENT] has been our contact from start to finish. He has been available every single time I have needed him to clarify or help guide us as to the best way to accomplish our event goal.
  • It's great to be able to coordinate and assign tasks to volunteers from one place - it's extremely useful especially for events that rely heavily on volunteer help.
  • Cons

  • None that I can remember. We don't really have any complaints.
  • Always seems a bit confusing, but it's tough to explain. It also doesn't load as fast as I need it to.
  • Can't think of one thing that I don't like about it.

  • I loved how responsive the team was in answering my questions and helping me design the perfect event platform.
  • I am very pleased with the ease of the product and the ability to customize it with your brand logo.
  • I liked the simplicity of it, the interface is great, and the costumer support was very efficient.
  • Cons

  • The limitations of the design elements, I felt more restricted and made my own invites and posted them as pictures.
  • We did have a bit of trouble with reminders being sent to folks who had already RSVP'd, even though we chose the option to send reminders only to those who hadn't responded.
  • I was a little confused on the ticket types. I realized after communicating with customer services that "attend, maybe attend, not attend" have preset functions that can't be changed.
