  • Pros

  • I love the user friendliness and the inter-activeness of the program. Will recommend it to all my associates.
  • Helps keep track of things like synchronizing across different offices in places across the country/world. I wish it forced users to sign in so coworkers all maintained connection.
  • Cons

  • The lag time drives me nuts. Not sure if its the device I have running the program or the software itself.
  • The interface is still difficult to navigate for more seasoned professionals which can cause them frustration.

  • It is easy to start using the kickserv system, especially since they have such a phenomenal support staff.
  • The help desk is super responsive. The software is really quite intuitive, and the time to get it up and running with the help desk's help is only a few days.
  • Cons

  • Doing invoices, when you forget to select the purpose of the job (Labor, material, etc) you end up losing the information and then you have to go back to notes to put it back in.
  • Once a contact is in, I can't edit the contact information, which is a pain when we have multiple customers from the same overall client company.
