- I love the user friendliness and the inter-activeness of the program. Will recommend it to all my associates.
- Helps keep track of things like synchronizing across different offices in places across the country/world. I wish it forced users to sign in so coworkers all maintained connection.

- The lag time drives me nuts. Not sure if its the device I have running the program or the software itself.
- The interface is still difficult to navigate for more seasoned professionals which can cause them frustration.
Pros
- They had a good idea and if software gets completed and price becomes transparent and competitive with service titan, it would probably be a great product.
- They are very friendly and always will to help if anything arises. You will not find a better system for the money.
Cons
- I'm little bit confused to navigate for new features in starting but now I'm very familiar with the software.
- Difficult to send an estimate and then delete non purchased items for invoicing. To put job notes of work done, they need to be entered into the recomendations box.
