- I love the user friendliness and the inter-activeness of the program. Will recommend it to all my associates.
- Helps keep track of things like synchronizing across different offices in places across the country/world. I wish it forced users to sign in so coworkers all maintained connection.
Cons
- The lag time drives me nuts. Not sure if its the device I have running the program or the software itself.
- The interface is still difficult to navigate for more seasoned professionals which can cause them frustration.
Pros
- I also love the software appearance and that the public can have access to it.
- The client support is great and the team is always willing to assist with any questions or customizations we may require.
Cons
- Some of the features have been a bit confusing to general public (ie: color coding of trees, how to make Service request) but that is probably more about education on our end.
- There were things we wanted to do that were not possible because of the software layout. These limitations were disappointing, but not a game breaker.
