  • Pros

  • I am able to track all my fleet and would like to be able to track them all live, the ease of use is cool and authentic and the devices integration with other apps is not an option.
  • The ease of use and the transparency of the software has made it simple and helpful.
  • Cons

  • I will continue to fight this and will not be paying that fee.
  • Sometimes there can be a lag in real time data, example blank address when vehicle is parked and app can sometimes become unstable.

  • Customer love that they get detailed written invoices and quotes promptly emailed to them. Dispatchers love see where the techs are in the day so they can squeeze in an extra service call or two.
  • The software is very user friendly and integrates with Quickbooks very well.
  • Cons

  • We continue to have technical problems and are unable to login. This is causing major problems for our dispatchers.
  • Not mobile friendly for the office side, terrible tech support, unable to import data from Housecall Pro, price is higher than other systems and doesn't offer anything special.
