System has limited functionalities. It mainly doesnt support SaaS business model and lacks certain key and also unimportant features.

Simple input for contact information for different clients and potential clients. Super easy to create deals and potential purchases for clients.

You can't go wrong with the price. Price plans to meet your budget.

Zendesk Sell is easy to use, pushes notifications where needed, and is great for small teams.

Very friendly UI, great software and can be customized.

From a team leadership perspective, Base CRM's ability to collaboration and seamlessly integrate in various aspects of a sales team are truly outstanding.

Lack commonly functionalities other CRMs have. Poor reporting and extremely expensive for the poor reporting.

Finally something new and interesting from Zendesk.

A straightforward, simple tool that allows good lead and deal management. Not many integrations but you can do a lot with custom API.

Email Syncing is not working as intended (however this could be an isolated issue due to something on my end - currently troubleshooting).

When it was BASE CRM the customer service was flawless now since zendesk took over there is little to no support. We dont even have a number to call.

Our team really liked this tool over salesforce. There are a ton of really great options and features, along with a pretty easy to use UI.

Being able to read whole past interactions as well as see relevant sales data makes it a perfect choice for a small business.

There can be frustrating roadblocks, such as when there are similar names or the CRM gets confused, however this can usually be smoothed out fairly quickly.

I loved the ability to log the GPS for site visits. This feature was way ahead of the competition.

The overall experience with Zendesk sell has been really good, I would recommend it.

The support team is also very good and friendly, it always wants to help you to solve all your problems and are online 24/7.

For other businesses, it is not a good option. The system is ok despite its limitations, but the price should be halved for it to be worth it.

Zendesk sell have been one of the best CRM software that I have tested and used in the past. It has very friendly UI and can be customized to your liking.

I've tried many different CRM softwares until I found my favorite. This one would be on the worst side of the list.

No money refund when you pay for 7 years in a row prepaid and no access anymore for the period you paid for.

Google apps sync is really bad, users all over the world complain about the very poor solution it.

I've been using Base now for the past four years. I've found it easy to use and intuitive.

Base is really simple to use and has invested a lot in continuously making the user interface clean and intuitive. We really like the visualness of watching deals move through the pipeline.

Zendesk has the worst customer service, which is crazy because they are a customer service platform. Not many third-party integrations.

We liked Base because it does not cost too much and it is good with history. It also plugs with dropbox which is a good feature.
