Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Our team really liked this tool over salesforce. There are a ton of really great options and features, along with a pretty easy to use UI.

  • We love the app and the ease of use. It has been great for tracking sales and tasks associated with closing deals. It's also been great for ensuring collaboration and keeping everyone in the loop.

  • Cons

  • At first it didnt have all the features i needed and support when it was a beta but they fixed all that with time.

  • There are some navigational thing that are not intuitive to use. They work but you have to learn how to move around the way that they designed it.

  • Pros

  • I love the ease of this product, very simple to use and navigate

  • The system is very easy to use and the support is awesome.

  • Cons

  • The interface between RazorSync and Quickbooks is pretty good, but could use some refining particularly with deposits.

  • Limited routing ability, but I'm told they working to improve it, don't like the weekly job calendar view, a few to many steps to schedule recurring services with pricing.
