Pros
- Very easy to work with the software and management/company are great. Very easy to do business with.
- Great business, great product, awesome people and company to work with.
- Easy to communicate with customers. Helps with talking to people that may not like or want to talk on the phone.
Cons
- Get a lot of in complete ones, not sure if it's too difficult for the customer to fill out on their end.
- Sometimes it runs a little slow and the new updates keep freezing my computer.
- I haven't really found anything I don't like about Bidclips.
Pros
- We really appreciate the care & dedication Jobbers team takes to ensure their customers are well taken care of, & that the program runs as efficiently as possible.
- Absolutely love having jobber to run our company. Being able to integrate with square and quickbooks allows us to be efficient, effective and on the path to a successful future.
- Still working on getting to know it and having our techs use it. It is a great idea and hoping it will be a good thing for our business.
Cons
- I had to set up an account, reset the password, press cancel and THEN they cancelled it and even though I did not use a single day on the app refused to refund over $1000 in charges.
- No way to require employees to use them on the job. The leadership of this company is scared to death of competition.
- Technicians can't even look at the calendar to see where their next job is. This has been a very disappointing and huge inconvenience.
