Pros/Cons
Pros
- Very easy to work with the software and management/company are great. Very easy to do business with.
- Great business, great product, awesome people and company to work with.
- Easy to communicate with customers. Helps with talking to people that may not like or want to talk on the phone.
Cons
- Get a lot of in complete ones, not sure if it's too difficult for the customer to fill out on their end.
- Sometimes it runs a little slow and the new updates keep freezing my computer.
- I haven't really found anything I don't like about Bidclips.
Pros
- Absolutely brilliant from the layout, ease of use, quoting and invoicing and the customer service and willingness to improve is the best I have experienced.
- Excellent, customer service is great, personal. The best of usable computer software but managed by an actual human with genuine service in response to any questions or problems.
- The site is easygoing to navigate, its colourfulness appearance makes it good to use and impressive for the customers.
Cons
- Honestly, I’m finding it difficult to think of anything negative to say. Anything that’s been an issue has been dealt with promptly, these guys have their finger on the pulse.
- Unless there is already one and i haven't found it. To flag up the odd typo.
- It really needs an offline app asap it is the only factor letting it down.
