When I started using Bookedin I was unable to review the product because it was missing a key feature that was an enormous impact for me.

Paypal integration works well. When required, customer support has been responsive and helpful.

I liked that it was simple to set up and edit. And also that you could require a deposit for people to pay prior the appt.

It sometimes can take up to 4 minutes to load when you click on the app. Which is frustrating when you have a client waiting for you to rebook them.

Maybe even generate a list or who was seen and when. No on a single customer but multiple so I can do recalls.

It was easy to use but more importantly convenient to integrate with my website.

It was so easy to set up, and love the form to collect data - three other systems I tried could not do this. It has been a seamless integration and like I can access the system from any device.

Dynamics 365  is a great app provided by Microsoft to run your business. Being a part of the Microsoft is a huge advantage as it becomes more integrated to other MS Office programs.

It needs some customization for your need and sometime it gives you errors and that is little unlikely to be in Microsoft products.

It is nice software, easy to use. The UI is also good, neet and clean.

It's very easy to navigate and if you need help, the help box is right there. If you need live help, you can always contact a rep to help.

Dynamics has been a great addition. Our sales team has learn to make small customization and our Finance teams love how powerful it is.

It just was a poor design of software it should have been a step by step tutorial but if wasn't it was jus ban there you go.
