Awesome Experience, Awesome Team

Our journey with BOSS has been incredible. We would make the decision 100 times over. Even years after the sale, they still invest in the success of the software and how it improves our business. We could not be happier!

PROS

RLC needed a software to bring all our systems into one central location. BOSS has met all these needs. What we did not anticipate was how BOSS would impact our culture. BOSS has become the backbone of how we operate on a daily basis. We have eliminated multiple points of data and have saved countless administrative hours. BOSS has given us the consistency and accuracy in generating proposals and capturing data we struggled to record. BOSS has also improved our communication internally and externally. We could not imagine a day without it!

CONS

Often times we need to make a quick proposal for a client. BOSS has specific ways proposals are generated. This make take a few extra minutes, but we have discovered our errors on bids have been reduced and communication to our teams has improved.

Highly Recommend

Deployment/Setup of the system was very important to our success. We had great input from the BOSS deployment specialist. BOSS ownership is committed to continual software improvement.

PROS

Online / Web Based software. Integrates with our QuickBooks and Payroll provider - no duplicate entry. It handles all steps in the sales process - from a new lead to billing to unlimited reporting features. It was helped our company's bottom line year over year!

CONS

Any new software rollout you need to rethink your company workflow processes due to the increased efficiencies.

The User Face experience. Easy of learning the software. Larger landscape companies were already on the BOSS software.
