Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • The apps were very easy to set up, in most cases we went live with the apps the same day. The builder is very intuitive and flexible.

  • I've been with these guys since the early days of development and they've come along way. The last update was fantastic and productivity improved dramatically.

  • Cons

  • The apps was very easy - no complaints. The custom PDFs are difficult if you need to do handovers etc.

  • Took a little to get small problems that our company need but overall I wouldn’t have any complaints with the ease of the program.

  • Pros

  • The best and most needed feature is the customization. We where able to make it exactly what we needed. this allows the input process to flow seamlessly

  • Easily manageable to all employees, office and techs in field.

  • Cons

  • The only con was that it did not tie into our existing software program as we do not use QB but other then that it was aces. And we did find a work around so even that was not a huge problem.

  • Software is not the problem it is trying to get help
