Sometimes we have problems with synchronization, the application on the phone does not synchronize and the time is calculated poorly.

The integration with QuickBooks and ADP is nice as well.

The ease of use is amazing, love the app for my crew, GPS tracking is awesome, and it makes my job easier to manage crew time.

They also have great customer service. Felicia did an amazing job taking care of my concern.

Software is very easy to use and user friendly with help of video tutorial provided within the platform and it is i can say one of best GPS and time tracking software.

I am saving time on processing payroll and support has been awesome on helping me learn the program and work through all the kninks.

Overall, I was happy with the system. It allowed us to gain control and have visibility over when and where people were clocking in and out, which previously had not been monitored or controlled.

So far I am enjoying using ClockShark. I like the feature of tracking employees and again the ease of the schedule.

Customer service has been amazing, helping with set-up to every day questions.

Also like the budgeted hours, as we get notified when close t our budget on a particular job. The geo fence is great also.

The layout is easy and intuitive. The ability to be mobile is fantastic.

Nothing special to keep me using the app, just grew bored and lazy of experimenting with this type of things.

I'm still unsure about ClockShark's billing. Our hourly staff turnover is relatively high and getting charged for a month of services for a person who left after three days seems costly.

There have also been times when an employee clocks in or out on their mobile app and it doesn't sync with the program. Most of the time this happens in locations with poor cell or internet service.

The gps tracking feature is great when you have an employee out in the field who has mechanical issues...he/she can be easily tracked to quickly receive any help needed.

The reports generated are amazing which helps you give a better insight into your business and makes Payroll day so much more easy.

The greatest quality of the app is the customer service and the flexibility the app provides to both the company and the employees.

The GPS functionality is the amazing part. Having that combined with an updated time card system is great.

They are polite and on top of things and even check in with us to ensure we are having the best experience possible.

When we presented our needs in detail many times over, they agreed they could handle them in the end, they were unstable and unable to deliver.

That didn't change the fact that FieldLocate is an inferior product with no real support.

If you look on their website and talk to them, they will sell you the world. The invoicing is pathetic on this software.

Their licensing practices -- with the annual commitment -- is unfriendly and unusual in the software licensing world, in my experience. Terrible overall experience.

Since then the support from FieldAware has virtually disappeared and 3Plenish have been close to useless.

I use this software on a daily basis for my job. After the recent set of updates it has improved it hugely.

They never delivered what was asked of them. When I tried to break the contract, because I was not receiving what was promised, the threatened to sue me.

It is goos and easy to use software. It help to organise operation.

It's easy to sort through the customers with the search feature, and the itemizer allows our techs to better organize our parts cost.

Customer service is not consistent on there advise. Setting up the software to track key customer information is difficult, and report design is very limited.

The technical help is immediate and effective.

They fix one problem with sync and another arises.

FieldAware has been an extremely stable and reliable platform for us, functioning without fail and providing good standard features. But I am particularly happy with the ability to customize fields.

FieldAware is visually easy to read, quick to dispatch and the setup and implementation is quick.

The road-map process for new feature requests can be vague at times.

Overall, fieldaware has been a great fit for our company.

The mobile app is very user friendly and works good. The price book is very easy to set up.

The software WHEN it works is good, adding photos into job sheets is easy and creating job sheets on the fly is good.

Ease of use, pictures, and operation. Dispatching was smooth and reports are good.

The inability to get Field Locate to  SYNCH with Quick Books is a major disappointment for our administrative staff and management. This very feature was a major part of my purchasing decision.

FieldAware makes it easy to manage field crews.

Reporting is very limited, Customer service is quite bad.

Poor integration options. Not modeled to improve field performance in ways you might expect from typical service management software.

It doesn't work properly and the support is terrible.

The scheduler itself is really handy and a great way to keep an eye on who is where.

No default tax setting, and difficult to carry out some requests with the ipad version.
