Pros/Cons

  • Pros

  • Being able to keep a good management on my customers and employees also keeping an eye on invoices and reminders . The training received was excellent

  • We love how streamlined V4 is from start to finish , our engineers on site have used other CRM systems but found this system to be the most simplest and easiest to use .

  • Cons

  • There is so many features that it can be a bit overwhelming, but having the support available an email away means we can always get help.

  • The importing of a current database and the uploading of parts can be long winded. but once done its very good

  • Pros

  • Absolutely wonderful for repeat maintenance jobs and one time jobs. We never miss any billing because the employees only go to places on their mobile schedules.

  • Very essential for running a service based business. Highly functional and makes admin a breeze. I wouldnt go into the service business without it.

  • Cons

  • It can become expensive as mobile users are added. It can be difficult to learn because it is complex. Once you understand the system, it is not difficult to use.

  • A bit of a learning curve but I would expect that with any new software, all positive from us!
